Santee Coastal Excursions offers several different inshore charters, making for an exciting day on the water in Georgetown, SC! Whether you're wanting to present a fly to a Redfish with a perfect cast, test your top water skills on Spotted Seatrout, watch a Bull Red peel the line off of a reel, or have the fight of a lifetime with a Georgetown Tarpon, we are excited to create a charter just for you.

Some of the best inshore fishing in the entire southeastern United States takes place along the Georgetown coastline. A short drive from Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island brings you to nature preserves and reserves where undeveloped beaches and natural marshes are home to thousands of fish.

The Georgetown coastline offers some of the best inshore fishing in the entire southeastern United States.  Whether you're looking for a family charter catching Redfish and Black Drum, wanting to test your top water skills on Spotted Seatrout, looking for the fight of a lifetime with a Georgetown Tarpon, or an afternoon of Bull Reds that will peel the fishing line off a reel, we are excited to create a charter just for you.

There is great fishing around Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach, but the shallow water is challenging for fishing charters with more than one person. A short drive south from Pawleys Island will take you to over 65,000 acres of nature preserves and reserves where undeveloped beaches and natural marshes are home to thousands of fish.

North Inlet, Winyah Bay, and the Santee Delta are popular fisheries for Red Fish, Tarpon, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, and many other species. Georgetown Fishing charters are available for fly fishing, light tackle, and top water fishing. This unique coast by Pawleys Island and Georgetown offers fishers a variety of opportunity from chasing the Silver King to just enjoying the beauty of the coast while catching some fish.

FAMILY FISHING CHARTERS

The coastal waters near Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach offer great fishing opportunities for the entire family. With an extensive background teaching and coaching outdoor skills to individuals of all ages, Captain Taylor gives detailed explanations of fishing methods, areas targeted, bait/lures used, rig set ups, and more during family fishing charters. Casting and lure retrieval instruction are also offered throughout the day to anyone new to the sport or wanting to learn more about the feeding habits in the area. These lessons are added to fishing charters to help ensure that your family has a fun, safe day on the water, while giving young fishers an opportunity to catch some big fish!

  • 4 Hour Trip - $500

    6 Hour Trip - $650

    Tarpon Trip - $700 (5 Hours)

    Rates based on 2 anglers and include all fishing licenses, fishing equipment, and anything you'll need for a great day of fishing.

    *There is a $50 surcharge for each additional angler.

  • Cash and check. We also accept all major credit cards via Square.

  • There are no deposits needed for a charter with Santee Coastal Excursions. Cash, check, and all major cards are accepted at the landing the day of the trip.
